I really hope there is a conclusion to this as it's driving me mad (!)
I'm trying to view movies embedded in a pdf, whe I click the movie I get
'The media requires an additional player. Please click 'Get Media Player' to download the correct media player. To play the media, you will need to close and restart the application once the player installation is complete'
This takes me to the acrobat website where I get the error
'We're sorry, but the third-party media player required to play the selected media file in your Adobe PDF document isn't available for your system. No media player will be downloaded at this time.
