How to reset settings to default?

<newbie questions><br /><br />I have a PDF someone made from a PowerPoint that had light text on dark background.<br /><br />Q1: I want to print the document in B&W without wasting ink. How does one do that?<br /><br />Q2: How does one reset all Acrobat settings (preferences, etc.) shy of reinstalling the program?
